to attend Expo Real, the International Commercial Property Exposition to be held for the 18th year from the 5th to the 7h October at the Munich Trade Fair Centre. They will present themselves as attractive 21st century cities, which, aside from being good places to live, remain the interesting investment destinations as they have a lot to offer. The core of the accompanying programme of the City of Prague, reception at the stand, is held on Tuesday 6th October at 4 pm (stand No. 310, hall A2) while the City of Ostrava´s reception for prospective investors is scheduled for Tuesday 6th October at 3 pm (stand No. 111, hall C1).
The Czech Republic ranked eighth among the countries with the highest number of attendees last year. Expo Real is – thanks to its venue, scope and focus of the event – an extremely effective global real estate forum for the exchange of experience and negotiations with the existing and prospective business partners, along with providing opportunities for learning about the latest trends emerging on the world property market. Thus, the Czech municipalities (Prague, Ostrava, and the representatives of regions) regard their annual exhibitions at the fair as particularly vital for getting into the limelight and networking on the competitive market of European cities and regions, in addition to providing a major boost for well-considered and systematic work with investors. Every year, both the cities co-exhibit in partnership with a number of commercial companies active on the Czech property market. This year, the architectural studio Casua (a part of the international network of European studios Equator European Architects) and developers Central Group and Unibail-Rodamco have decided to stage joint exhibitions together with the City of Prague, while City of Ostrava´s joint exhibition will be organized in partnership with Asental Group, CTP, HB Reavis Group, Multi Czech Republic and PRK Partners. Also the Moravian-Silesian Region will co-exhibit together with the City of Ostrava at the joint stand.
