The daily E15 reports that the Czech development company JTH has signed an agreement with the Hilton group over a resort project it’s working on in Croatia. The paper cites Croatian media as reporting that JTH is building an €80m complex called Costabella on 18,000 sqm that will offer 200 rooms along with individual villas in Rijec. JTH is owned by Jaroslav Třešňák, a financial supporter of the Czech president, who E15 claims helped the project in talks with the Croatian president and government ministers about it. The new resort is set to open in 2020.
