The Czech Economic Chamber and the largest health insurance company in the Czech Republic, VZP, have signed lease contracts in Florentinum business center in Prague 1. The two institutions will take 1,600 sqm and 350 sqm of office space respectively in the central Prague office center developed by Penta on Na Florenci street. The two deals bring the occupancy of the office and retail space in Florentinum to 56,000 sqm. The tenant list includes names such as EY, Havel, Holásek & Partners, Fortuna, Renomia, Veolia, BlueLink, RSJ, HSBC Bank and Bank of China.
