Accolade raised the value of its Polish industrial portfolio to CZK 10.5bn, a five-fold increase since the end of 2017. Its size now stands at 536,000 sqm, which produces an annual rent of CZK 750m. The company is targeting less-developed markets in Poland whose locations are highly strategic. “We decided to go to locations that many of the big players didn’t used to have the courage for, and it paid off,” says Accolade CEO Milan Kratina. “So in cities that were previously overlooked, we build industrial centers now used by world-class companies thanks to their strategic position and qualifty infrastructure.” Accolade added three new Polish parks to its portfolio during 2018 in Bielystok, Kielce and in Konin.
