Da Vinci Group Development, founded by Nicolae Uciu and Alin Mihalache, is investing €20m into a residential project that will offer 333 units in three housing blocks in Bucharest. Located between Parcul Tineretului and Delta Vacaresti, the project will include studios and apartments with two, three and four rooms. Prices start at €1,100 per sqm. The development company said it planning to finance the project mainly with its own equity.
