Israeli developer Dagesh Group is preparing to launch two house and villa projects in Baloteşti and Snagov, both in Ilfov County. House projects could be launched in the fall of this year.
“We went with them in parallel with the ones we are developing in the city center because we saw in the pandemy that the market is heading towards houses near the city, where people want to have access to free space, in the garden, ”said Abecassis Shlomo, co-founder of Dagesh Group.
The company also plans a boutique residential complex with 40 apartments at the Alba Iulia square in Bucharest and has already launched the Opera Residence project with 46 apartments, located near the Opera Park.
