The company with Israeli capital, Dagesh Group, will start the construction of a new boutique residential project, with 49 apartments, which will be located in the Tei district, near the Bucharest Technical University of Construction. The investment in the new project is EUR 7 million.
The group, controlled by Gabriely Tzohar and Shlomi Abecassis, bought a plot of land with an area of 1,438 sqm and an already authorized residential project from businessman Iordan Istrate.
“We have submitted the documents for reauthorization, because we want to add a second basement. We have already signed the contracts with Agisfor, which will do the pilot works, the basement preparation, and we expect to start as soon as we receive the authorization,” said Cristian Tiderle, the administrator of Dagesh Group.
