The energy service company Dalkia signed a seven-year lease on 5,000 sqm at the Plac Unii office project now underway in Warsaw. BNP Paribas Real Estate and Sophie Gabard-Karbonowski acted as advisors. “BNP Paribas Real Estate is still a new player in the Polish property sector,” said Philippe Mer of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. “Acquiring Dalkia as a tenant for the Plac Unii office building is a milestone for us in expanding on the market.”
Led by Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development, the project is going up at the corner of Boya-Żeleńskiego and Puławska streets. Once completed, Plac Unii will add 41,000 sqm of new office space to the local property market.
