LandQwest Commercial and LandQwest Property Management has hired Dan Thompson to their Tampa office as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Thompson has more than 25 years’ experience in the shopping center industry and has spearheaded numerous lifestyle centers, malls, out parcels, community centers and grocery anchored centers.
Prior to joining LandQwest, Dan worked at Poag Lifestyle Centers for the past 7 years, where he was responsible for the leasing of 6 lifestyle centers with approximately 3 million sq ft while also leasing several new development lifestyle centers. Thompson is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida and an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). He holds degrees from the University of Tulsa and Tulsa Community College.
