Businessman Dan Șucu is developing a house project under the Mobexpert Homes brand, in Pipera, next to the Alexander Residence project developed by Gigi Becali.
The first phase of the Mobexpert Homes project envisages the construction of 110 houses, which will be completed by the end of this year. Prices start at EUR 173,000 and reach EUR 220,000.
Dan Șucu entered the real estate market in 2017 together with Valentin Vişou from Conarg. The two developed the Arcadia Apartments residential complex in the Domenii area of Bucharest. At least three new residential projects will be developed by Șucu in partnership with other Romanian investors.
