The real estate investor Daniel Șoldea is preparing the necessary documents for the construction of the last block within the Virtuții Park residential complex, started in 2018 in the Crângași neighborhood of Bucharest.
He completed, at the beginning of this year, the construction of the first two blocks in Virtuții Park and sold all the 202 apartments available. The entire project is carried out on several plots of land, with a combined area of 23,000 sqm.
The last block will have 11 floors and will include 180 apartments, and on the ground floor will be arranged a commercial space with an area of about 1,100 sqm.
