Parkhotel in Prague 7 is on the market following a decision by its owns Daramis Group to off-load the hotel it bought six years ago from Sekyra Group. The Czech-Israeli developer has invested approximately CZK 100m into a facelift and renovation of the four star hotel. Cushman & Wakefield CEE Hospitality Team is brokering the sale, and is predicting the transaction will close before the end of the year. The hotel offers 237 rooms and was built in the 1960-ies, designed by architect Zdeněk Enel.
