Darden Restaurants plans to sell its $152 million Orlando headquarters and lease it back in a long term deal. Located at 1000 Darden Center Lane, the building is six years old and sits on 46 acres. The Restaurant Support Center campus located off John Young Parkway where it houses 1,000 employees in the 465,000 square foot building. Darden is the parent company of over 1,500 Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Seasons 52, Capital Grill, Eddie V’s, Bahama Breeze, and Yard House restaurants. According to Orange County Property Appraiser the site is valued at $77.7 million.
