Newmark Knight Frank has hired David Berke to serve as a senior managing director in its New York office. Berke specializes in tenant representation with a focus on clients representing a wide range of industries, including fashion, financial services, construction, accounting and media. Prior to joining NKF, Berke worked for 10 years as a managing director for Cushman & Wakefield in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office and served as an associate at The Vortex Group. “David has gained an impressive reputation in tenant representation and is an accomplished, value-added professional,” said President James D.
