Hunt Real Estate Capital has hired David Frasz as vice president. Based in the Washington, DC, office, Frasz will be in charge off originating Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac small balance multifamily loans nationwide. Prior to joining Hunt Real Estate Capital, Frasz was a vice president on the production team at Capital One Multifamily Finance and has held key roles with Arbor Realty Trust, State Street Global Markets and J.P. Morgan.
