David Nath has been promoted to head the Central and Eastern European hospitality team at Cushman & Wakefield. He will support Frederic Le Fichoux, partner and head of hotel transactions for Continental Europe. Nath will oversee a team of experts, primarily in charge of consulting and advising on hotel investment, selection of hotel operators, hotel development advisory and hotel valuation. Nath joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014. He oversaw the sale of the Parkhotel Prague and Vienna House Easy Chopin Prague Hotel. Prior to joining C&W, he was a director of the Keystone Hospitality Fund in Luxembourg. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2015.
