David Wigoda has joined CBRE Capital Markets as senior vice president and the company announced he will be based in the firms Miami office. In his new role Wigoda will expand the firm’s industrial and office investment sales platform in South Florida, serving both investor clients and operating companies. Wigoda joins CBRE from Jones Lang LaSalle where he held the position of executive vice president. Prior to that he served as vice president at Colliers International. Wigoda is a graduate of the Leeds School of Business at University of Colorado, Boulder. He currently serves as president of the Florida chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
