Samjaz Nova Davie, managed by the commercial real estate investor Sam Jazayri, has scooped up six warehouse buildings in the Davie Commerce Center for $14.5 million. The 187,772 square feet of industrial space traded for a little over $77 per square foot. The buildings included in the transaction are located along S.W. 21st Court and 70th Ave in Davie. The vendor was Matecumbe Rand Davie LLC, which picked up the buildings in 2007 for $16.3 million. Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Co. provided a $10.5 million mortgage to the buyer to complete the transaction.
