Logistics provider DB Schenker Czech Republic has leased an additional 4,239 sqm of warehouse in P3’s logistic park PointPark Prague D1. “We have been using warehouse space at PointPark Prague D1 for three years already,” says Zdeněk Kašpar, COO Logistics, DB Schenker Czech. “In building DC1 we have more than 15,000 sqm, and in building DC2 a unit totalling 7,000 sqm. We are very satisfied with the PointPark Prague D1 located near Strančice – situated 16 km from Prague. This is one of the reasons why we decided to lease more space.” With a total of 26,000 sqm of space DB Schenker is currently the second largest tenant in the park.
