Pinnacle Group was established in Prague in 2001 as an independent real estate development and asset management business. Pinnacle’s founders and senior management have been present in CEE since the early 1990’s. Highly qualified Pinnacle’s team includes 30 employees with expertise in acquisitions, development management, asset management, facilities management, sales, funding, structuring, leasing marketing and business development. Pinnacle has an extensive experience across Central Europe with proven and successful businesses in warehousing, offices, R&D, retail and land development.The first Pinnacle’s projects were carried out in the years 2002 -2008 and in 2008 Pinnacle sold one of the largest property developers in Central and Eastern Europe , which was controlling more than 1 million square meters of the leased area with more than 450 thousand sqm. were built and leased and 600 thousand sqm. were in the preparation phase . Currently Pinnacle focuses its activities in Upper Silesia , where the majority of its current investments projects.
