Real estate developer De Silva Residences has invested about €50m in the development of 1,000 apartments in Mamaia, a resort along Romania’s Black Sea coast. Apartment prices at Casa del Mar and First Residence start at €48,000 for a studio to €88,000 for a two-room unit. Prices differ depending on the floor, proximity to the sea and the amenities of the house. There is underground parking available at both projects.
