The Dedeman Group is partnering with Industrial Element to develop Eli Park 1 around Chitila-Buftea, just north of Bucharest. The logistics park will offer 50,000 sqm of leasable space, with 20,000 sqm scheduled for delivery this summer. Paste Baneasa has already leased 5,000 sqm. The logistics project is going up 4 km from the Bucharest ring road, with direct access to the DN 7 motorway.
