Deka buys six buildings at World Trade Center in Dresden

Deka Immobilien acquired six buildings at the World Trade Center in Dresden on behalf of its WestInvest InterSelect fund. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The seller is a fund managed by J.P. Morgan. The office block of eight buildings was built in 1996 and renovated in 2011. The buildings Deka Immobilien acquired are fully leased and provide 73,300 sqm of space, including 45,100 sqm of office space, 12,100 sqm of hotel space and 10,100 sqm of retail space. The is also theater and storage space.
