Deka Immobilien has acquired a portfolio of three German logistics properties. The seller is Danish logistics company DSV. The purchase price was not disclosed. The portfolio, which will be added to Deka’s open-ended real estate fund WestInvest InterSelect, includes two logistics halls in Homburg and Peine as well as development project in Bochum. The properties total roughly 85,000 sqm of leasable space and include 231 truck and 263 car parking spaces. They are fully leased to the DSV A/S Global Transport and Logistics group.
