A $285 million loan has been granted to RXR Realty for the refinancing of 1330 Sixth Avenue. The debt, funded by German lender DekaBank, includes a new $97 million mortgage consolidated with an existing loan from the New York Community Bank. The borrower bought the 40 story, 534,000 office tower for $400 million in 2010. Notable tenants in the building include Silvercrest Asset Management, Sports media provider FuboTV and furniture retailer Knoll. The lender also currently occupies office space in the building.
