Deka Trans signed a lease on 5,000 sqm with the possibility of expanding up to 6,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Pruszkow II. Axi Immo represented the tenant during negotiations. Deka Trans is the first company to move into the newly constructed building. The tenant will use the space as a comprehensive logistics center for clients from the packaging industry. Ultimately, Panattoni Park Pruszków II will feature three warehouse buildings, totaling 69,313 sqm of space. To date, two of the three building have been developed. The warehouse spaces can be adjusted to client needs from various industries.
