Dekpol plans revenues of the development segment at around PLN 400m in 2024

Dekpol Group’s plan in the development segment is to achieve revenues of approximately PLN 400 million in 2024, which will consist in particular of sales of ca. 500 units recognised in the financial result and revenues from the implementation of the investment in Wrocław at Braniborska Street. On the other hand, the planned target for 2024 for sales of units under reservation, development and preliminary agreements is 650 units, the company said.

“Analysing the macro data, the demand situation and the first incoming information on what the support programme that will replace the current ‘2% safe loan’ may look like, we expect 2024 to be a very good year as well, which is why we are setting ourselves further ambitious targets: to sell 650 units on the basis of reservation, development and preliminary agreements and to achieve revenues of around PLN 400 million, which will consist in particular of sales of ca. 500 premises recognised in the financial result and revenues from the implementation of the investment in Wrocław at Braniborska Street,” said Dekpol Deweloper CEO Sebastian Barandziak.

“We are also constantly developing our land bank. In particular, we are enlarging the areas of investments for which we are already sure that our customers are interested in them – this is what we have done by purchasing land in the vicinity of the Sol Marina investment. We are analysing the market with a view to further expanding the land bank. The availability of land has been a challenge for our sector for several years, but there are some signs of the possible activation of real estate resources held by state or local authorities, which may have a positive impact on the possibility of purchasing plots of land or entering into various types of contracts for residential projects,” he also said.
