Dekpol S.A. is poised to break ground on a residential project on Pszenna street in Gdańsk’s Wyspa Spichrzów district. The complex will include two buildings with apartments and service premises. The scheme will also include a hotel with a spa and wellness center, a swimming pool and a conference room.The general contractor of the project is Dekpol S.A. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. The investment is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2020.
