Naya USA Investment & Management, based in Hollwoood, Fl., have purchased Lakeside Plaza, a 119,370-square-foot office building in Fort Lauderdale’s Uptown Business District for $148 per sqf. The $17.65 million asset, located at 6301 NW 5th Way, is 74 percent leased to tenants including Bosch Security Systems, the Early Learning Coalition and Allied Universal. Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Commercial Team represented the seller, New York-based Delma Properties and assisted the buyer in sourcing a $12.4 million mortgage to complete the deal.
