Deloitte expanded its lease at Echo Investment’s Q22 offices in Warsaw from 11,000 sqm to nearly 14,000 sqm of space. The advisor anchored the office tower during the construction stage at the end of 2014. The company will occupy another three floors in the building, pushing occupancy way above 80 percent. The 155-meter office tower will add more than 50,000 sqm of new office space to Warsaw’s CBD at the corner of Jana Pawła II and Grzybowska streets.
