An Indigo Hotel will be opened in the center of Belgrade along the pedestrian zone on Cika Ljubina street. Construction is scheduled to begin next spring in an investment worth €20m. The investor is Delta Holding. The 4-star, boutique hotel should be completed within 18 months. The first Indigo opened in Atlanta in 2004, with 64 having followed since then in locations worldwide. Delta Holding has a major presence already in the city’s hotel sector, as it includes the Intercontinental Hotels Groups brands Holiday Inn and Crown Plaza. Delta expcts to secure permits to build a new Intercontinental hotel in New Belgrade.
