Delta Holding is planning to break ground next month on a new business facility in Belgrade. Delta House will offer 11,514 sqm of leasable space as well as parking for 188 vehicles. Delta will occupy the top three floors of the building. The scheme, designed by Ami Mur, will also include a ground-floor restaurant, gym and relaxation area. The investment is valued at €40m. Completion is scheduled for spring 2021.
