Warsaw’s modern office supply has hit 5.42 million sqm, with 190,000 sqm coming on-line during the last three quarters, according to Savills. Locations like the central business district and the city center accounted for 55 percent of the new supply. Nearly 740,000 sqm of office is currently under construction across the city. Mennica Legacy Tower, Chmielna 89, Wola Retro and Generation Park Z are scheduled for completion in the second half of 2019, according to Savills.
