Demand for Warsaw office space was five times greater than the delivery of new supply in the first half of 2019, according to the latest report from Walter Herz. In the first half of the year, more than 400,000 sqm of office space were leased by tenants. The figure is slightly less than last year, when the market absorption in the first six months of the year reached 440,000 sqm. According to Walter Herz analysts, the results suggest that the volume of office transactions will reach a record high.
