Demand for Wrocław office space totals 92,000 sqm in H1

12 September 2017

Demand on the Wrocław office market totaled nearly 92,000 sqm in the first half of 2017, according to a JLL report. The city’s strong position was driven by large lease transactions that were concluded in the first six months of the year. The two biggest deals were signed at the Business Garden complex by Credit Agricole which leased 15,500 sqm of space and Capgemini which took 13,100 sqm. The third biggest transaction was the pre-lease agreement signed by EY for 10,500 sqm at the Sagittarius office building. “The great interest for office space in Wrocław stems from access to excellent human resources in the city, good cooperation between investors, city officials and the academic centers as well as a sufficient supply of modern office space,” said Katarzyna Krokosińska, associate director and head of the Wrocław office at JLL.
