In an effort to meet growing investor and tenant demand, sustainable construction has become common practice on the Polish office market, according to the daily Puls Biznesu.
āThe current situation on the Polish office market could surprise even the fiercest supporters of sustainable construction,ā writes Puls Biznesu, adding that by the end of 2015, more than 50 percent of office buildings across Poland could be more eco-friendly. āForeign companies tend to require that their office be located in a green building,ā said Peter Obernhuber, a Poleczki Business Park board member.
