Demand for office space in historic villas around Bucharest is increasing with more than 5,200 sqm taken in the first three quarters of the year, according to Esop Consulting, which leased nine mansions in the city during this period. Alexandru Petrescu, managing partner of Esop Consulting/CORFAC International said more and more companies are looking for unique office space, and historic buildings are in high demand. Historic office space in the capital’s Cismigiu, Magheru, Aviators and Kiseleff areas have attracted the most interest from companies this year.
