Demand for office space from Poland’s regional cities reached nearly 95,000 sqm so far this year with the largest deals having signed in Wrocław, Kraków and Gliwice. There was nearly 270,000 sqm in lease deals posted outside Warsaw, an increase of 20 percent compared with the same period last year. Five of the 10 biggest leases were signed in Wrocław. The deals were with Nokia Siemens Networks (14,420 sqm), NSN (8,800 sqm), Google Poland (5,500 sqm), Geoban (2,200 sqm) and a company from the financial sector (10,050 sqm ). More than 35 percent of all deals signed during this period were pre-lease agreements.
