Dennis Börgel has been appointed Head of Business Development in Germany for Valad Europe and will be in charge of developing the company’s capital market coverage in Germany and with creating new business opportunities. Dennis has more than 15 years’ experience, working most recently for JLL’s portfolio investment team and previously at Cushman & Wakefield where he led the Real Estate Corporate Finance team. Valad Europe has boosted its senior team with a series of other appointments. Audrey Klein was appointed Head of Equity, with responsibility for developing the group’s discretionary capital raising initiatives across Europe, Middle East and Asia. Tomas Beck has been appointed Head of Nordics, with full day-to-day responsibility for the group’s business across the Nordic region.
