Partners at the law firms of SNR Denton, Salans LLP and Fraser MilnerCasgrain (FMC) LLP closed a three-way merger this month. The new law firm will be known as Dentons and, according to international media reports, will have the potential of bringing in more than $1bn in annual revenue. The company will be active in 52 countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. The deal makes Dentons the world’s seventh largest legal service provider in terms of size and 20th in terms of revenue, according to the server legal week.com.
