The seller is Duna Tower IngatlanhasznosĂtĂł Ă©s Kereskedelmi Korlátolt. The property comprises 31,500 sqm plus a 3-floor underground garage with 400 parking spots. The purchase takes GTC HungaryĘĽs total office portfolio up to 118,000 sqm of gross leasable area. GTCĘĽs portfolio in Budapest includes major “A” category office buildings like Center Point, GTC Metro and Spiral.
