Dentons has promoted Magdalena Szwarc-Brozyna, Jacek Jezierski and Maciej Jodkowski from the Real Estate Group in Poland to the partnership.
Magdalena Szwarc-Brozyna advises clients on investment transactions involving the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate as well as of industrial and residential real estate.
Jacek Jezierski specializes in real estate, corporate and civil law. He advises international and domestic clients on investment transactions, acquisition and sale of real estate projects, as well as legal aspects of asset management. He was involved in setting up and structuring joint ventures for the development and subsequent sale of office, retail and warehouse buildings. Recently, he has also advised on acquisitions of real estate portfolios in the Private Rented Sector.
Maciej Jodkowski advises clients on real estate and M&A investments, including sales of assets, shares and enterprises, with particular focus on the office and warehouse sectors. He has experience in the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate as well as lease agreements for retail and office space.
