Dentotal has leased 2,300 sqm in the second phase of Eli Park 1 in Bucharest’s Buftea area. Dentotal is a leading distributor of products and equipment for dental offices and laboratories in Romania. Eli Park 1 will offer 50,000 sqm of leasable space. The first phase offered 20,000 sqm of space and was delivered in August. The second phase includes two halls of 12,000 sqm and 18,000 sqm to be delivered in February and April respectively.
