This fall, Depanero, the largest electro-IT service provider in Romania and a member of the eMAG group, opened its new headquarters with a space of more than 4,000 sqm in the Sema Parc neighborhood of Bucharest.
Depanero started operating in two of the buildings in the business park’s eastern section at the end of September. The technical, operational, and customer support teams’ migration will take place in a space in a building. The customer greeting service will be available in the second building, where damaged equipment can be handed over right away.
“Depanero’s activity has diversified a lot in recent years. We are constantly entering into partnerships with new brands and are always expanding the services we offer to both individual and corporate clients. We needed a new headquarters that would respond to all these changes and challenges and provide easy interaction with our customers and partners. The search and selection process was not easy, because the activity we carry out imposes very strict criteria, both in terms of equipment, surfaces and accessibility. We believe that we have made the best choice and we look forward to welcoming our customers this autumn in the new Depanero headquarters”, declares Irina Mincinopschi, Depanero general manager.
