An expert on the impact work environments have on employee performances, Katsikakis has previously acted as an advisor to Google, Unilever, BP, GSK and Microsoft. She has been instrumental in developing the vision and research to futureproof commercial developments around the world. She most recently advised on London’s TwentyTwo, the progressive 1.3 million sq ft office development that’s currently under construction and Europe’s first major WELL-certified new-build project.
