Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management has acquired three industrial properties in Germany from Commerz Real’s Hausinvest fund. The assets cover 54,000 sqm and include Celebi Luftfrachtbasis in the Cargo City Süd area at Frankfurt Airport, the Hermes Hub near the Hanover airport in the Langenhagen district, and the Logicpark Airport in Kelsterbach. The fully occupied properties will be now held the Grundbesitz Europa fund. The selling price of the assets was €108m.
