Deutsche Bank is expanding its operations in Jacksonville according to a statement today in which it revealed it will lease space at 5201 Gate Parkway, less than a mile from its existing campus on Gate Parkway. The bank plans to hire 350 new finance employees for the Northeast Florida site by the end of 2017. Deutsche Bank currently employs approximately 1,600 workers in Jacksonville. The new office is slated to open in 2016.
“We are pleased to expand our footprint in Jacksonville,” said Leslie Stover, regional head of operations in Jacksonville and Cary, N.C. “By leasing [the new location] we now have the ability to increase our capacity and to build a more cohesive operation within Jacksonville.”
