Gross & Partner bought the Deutsche Bank Triangle site in the Frankfurt city center from Deutsche Bank AG. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The 16,159 sqm site is located between Grosse Gallusstrasse and Junghofstrasse and is zoned for shops, homes and offices. The site includes a 21-story office building that Deutsche Bank has occupied since 1971. The lease on the building expires in 2017. The bank plans to move into a building currently under construction in the city by Tishman Speyer in two years.
