Deutsche Hospitality is planning to open its first hotel in Eastern Europe in 2019 under the IntercityHotel brand. Offering 300 guest rooms, the hotel will be located in front of Budapest’s Keleti railway station and will include a restaurant, bar, conference area and underground parking for 200 cars. The property will also feature 100 apartments that will not belong to the hotel. IntercityHotels are usually located next to major railway stations and airports. Although the brand is mainly focused in Germany, it has recently started expanding to other countries.
