Develia has officially launched the construction of the second phase of the Osiedle Orava Vita residential estate in Wrocław. This new stage will introduce an additional 205 apartments across four two-storey multi-family buildings, further expanding the already popular development.
The second phase of Osiedle Orava Vita will consist of semi-detached buildings designed to offer a variety of living spaces, with apartment sizes ranging from 28 to 96 square meters. These units are tailored to meet the needs of a wide spectrum of residents, from singles and couples to growing families. The construction of this phase is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2026, with handovers to new owners planned for the end of July 2026.
